SAMPLE LUNCH MENU (winter example)
SOUP – Celeriac and roasted cashew nut soup with a red onion cracker and fresh sourdough
TARTINE – Lemony Capel mushroom carpaccio, sesame dressed Savoy cabbage and roasted sunflower seed and garlic cream on toasted sourdough with fermented cashew brie
DESSERT – Hazelnut and chocolate ganache tart with a rum and raisin ice-cream

CANAPÉS – Cucumber with fermented cashew cheddar and pickled shallots
STARTER – Carrot and almond parfait with hibiscus apples and a spinach cracker
MAIN COURSE – Fennel tart with courgette tagliatelle , globe artichokes and hickory smoked tempeh
DESSERT – Wild strawberry cheesecake with basil ice-cream
