Cradle is a fully licensed plant-based Bakery and restaurant in the small but mighty British market town of Sudbury, Suffolk.

Our current (trial) opening hours for takeaway are:

> Thursday – Sunday
> 9am – 2pm

To ensure the highest possible safety for our amazing customers and team you will notice differences in how we run things right now – with social distancing and other measures in place.

We will be open for all our usuals, and will be serving pre-ordered takeaway lunches, daily.

The weekly menu will be released on Wednesdays via Instagram and Facebook and orders will be taken by text message to 07415 061 461

We welcome you to pre-order to avoid disappointment – but this is only essential for lunch orders.

Payment links can be provided for remote pre-payment or Contactless/Card payments can be made on collection (sorry, no cash).

Following the government advice, social distancing measures are in place and we will not be accepting reusable coffee cups at the mo.

Although, for now its takeaway and collection only, we will be looking into hosting small sit-down “Supper Clubs” in line with the government’s new 1+ metre ruling. Stay tuned for more details by following us on Social Media…

Visit us in the morning for ‘hot from the oven’ handmade French pastries, freshly roasted organic coffee and stone baked sourdough loaves. Then join us in the afternoon to sample our lunches using the seasons best British, organic produce. And for something really special, follow us on social media to hear about our occasional pop-up ‘after-hours’ evening meals and Sunday Breakfasts!

Our mission is to create nutritious and delicious foods from scratch using plants grown by ethical growers whose methods encourage healthy soils and biodiversity. We’re working to create and implement a more conscious local foods system, to encourage positive food choices and reduce waste.
